1			Bobby Unser Grand Prix of Texas Track: night Texas. On 25 May 1975 Bobby Unser gave Dan Gurney's team its first Indianapolis win, after rain shortened the race to 435 miles. The long-time Chief Steward of CART, which then still bore the name USAC, Wally Dallenbach was holding the lead, but with 12 laps of the race to go his car developed engine problems. Bobby Unser is one of the best Champ Car drivers: he won the Indy 500 three times — in 1968, 1975 and 1981 — and twice became USAC champion (1968 and 1974).	25.05 – 31.05
2			Bill Vukovich Grand Prix of Road America Track: new Road America. The Road America race is dedicated to the Slovak Bill Vukovich. Bill was a West Coast Midget champion and in 1950 the AAA National Midget champion; in Champ Car races he won only four times, but two of those wins were the Indy 500, in 1953 and 1954. In 1955 he was killed in an accident on lap 56 of the Indy 500; he was the leader and had already led for 50 laps. It was then calculated that over his 656 laps of competition at Indianapolis from 1952 to 1955, Bill Vukovich led a full 485 laps!	01.06 – 14.06
3			Sebastien Bourdais Grand Prix of Lausitzring Track: Eurospeedway. Only Sebastien Bourdais has managed to win at the Lausitzring after starting from pole position. This talented Frenchman has already rattled the nerves of the Champ Car old-timers; the hour when he becomes champion is not far off. Sebastien was French Formula 3 champion in 1999 and in 2002 won the Formula 3000 international championship; so far he has taken 5 wins and 7 pole positions in Champ Car. The Lausitzring race is dedicated to Sebastien Bourdais.	15.06 – 21.06
4			Graham Hill Grand Prix of Long Beach Track: standard. The Long Beach race is dedicated to Graham Hill. Graham left his mark on the history of American motorsport by winning the Indy 500 in 1966: starting from 15th place he beat Jim Clark, who had won at Indianapolis in 1965. Graham Hill became Formula 1 champion twice, in 1962 and 1968. Hill also won the Targa Florio in 1960 and the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1972.	29.06 – 05.07
5			Dario Franchitti Grand Prix of Atlanta Track: night Atlanta. The Scot Dario Franchitti is one of the best Champ Car drivers: he has led in 37 races, yet despite his talent he has never won the championship. Dario took his first pole position as early as his tenth Champ Car round; in total he has 11 poles and 10 wins to his name. In 1999 he fought Juan Pablo Montoya for the championship and scored exactly the same number of points (212!), but the Colombian won, since he had more victories (7 against 3).	06.07 – 12.07
6			Cristiano Da Matta Grand Prix of Australia Track: your choice — standard, or the version with new textures. The Australian race is dedicated to the Brazilian Cristiano da Matta. He took his third Champ Car win at Surfers Paradise in 2001. Cristiano spent four seasons in Champ Car, the last of which (2002) brought him the title. Da Matta had won SudAm Formula 3 in 1994 and became Indy Lights champion in 1998.	13.07 – 19.07
7			Mark Blundell Grand Prix of Motegi Track: Motegi. On 20 July 1997 Mark Blundell (the 1992 Le Mans winner and an ex-F1 driver) won the race in Toronto, in a battle with Alex Zanardi. It was his second win in Champ Car. In total the Englishman has three, all taken in 1997 — Mark's best season in Champ Car, which he finished in sixth place overall. Blundell never became champion, but he showed himself to be a strong driver and gained a great many fans in North and South America.	20.07 – 26.07

9			Michel Jourdain Jr. Grand Prix of Laguna Seca Track: standard. On 24 August 2003 Michel Jourdain Jr. took his second Champ Car win. It was the best season of his career: Michel led in six races that season, took two wins and one pole, and finished third in the overall standings. The Laguna Seca round is dedicated to Michel Jourdain Jr.	24.08 – 30.08
10			Mauricio Gugelmin Grand Prix of Michigan Track: standard. On 31 August 1997 Mauricio Gugelmin took his first and only Champ Car victory. It was the best season of the Brazilian's career: he finished 4th in the standings, ahead of his PacWest teammate Mark Blundell, and took 3 pole positions. Gugelmin had also won Formula Opel-Lotus (1994) and British Formula 3 in 1985. The Michigan round is dedicated to Mauricio Gugelmin.	31.08 – 06.09
